Turns out the “Silly old Bear” isn’t so silly after all

If you’re like me, you remember the stories of Winnie the Pooh from childhood. The adventures of one crazy bear and his furry friends in the Hundred acre wood were as entertaining as they were engrossing. But as it turns out, Christopher Robin’s imagination has more than just entertainment value to offer us.
Pooh Bear, Tigger, Rabbit, Eeyore, and the whole gang have lots to teach us about the Eastern philosophy of Daoism and the practice of maintaining happiness and calm under all circumstances. In this newsletter, we’ll take a cursory look at the work of Benjamin Hoff and “The Tao of Pooh” to learn more.
